UNEP-MAP and PAP/RAC will hold a consultation meeting on Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) and Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP) in Barcelona on 28-29 September 2016. Representatives of all Mediterranean countries will meet to discuss a common approach for the implementation of such integrated policies aiming to underpin the sustainable management and development of the coastal and marine space of the Mediterranean Sea. Emiliano Ramieri from Thetis will participate to the discussion and will illustrate the EU MSP Platform, the service funded by EC DG MARE supporting Member States in the implementation of the MSP Directive of the European Union.
