Thetis SpA at the annual SETAC (Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry) Europe meeting

The 16th Annual SETAC (Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry) Europe Conference, was held at The Hague in Holland on 7-11 May 2006. During the conference, the controversial aspects of environmental science and its solutions were analysed, in an attempt to reduce the divide between laboratory and on-the-field activity, and between research and environmental policies. The SETAC annual meeting is the main event on environmental toxicology and chemistry in Europe.
Thetis Participates in European Project Called CVIS (Cooperative Vehicle-Infrastructure Systems)

Thetis takes part in the CVIS Project, coordinated by ERTICO, a European company dedicated to the implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems and Services (ITS), for sustainable mobility, technological innovation and safety.
Michela Grienti at Spazio Thetis

Michela Grienti’s personal exhibition “Isole” is now open to visitors, housed at Palazzina Modelli at Thetis, in the Arsenale di Venezia. Although born in Venice, this artist has since been “adopted” by Milan. Michela Grienti was born in 1963 and obtained her diploma at the Accademia di Belle Arti (Fine Arts Academy) in Brera. She was an assistant lithography teacher at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica (International Graphics School) in Venice, taught painting at Senior Schools and currently works within the sphere of sound/colour research, collaborating with musicians and composers.
The exhibition will remain open until the end of June.
Thetis at SEP POLLUTION 2006

SEP POLLUTION, the two-yearly eco-technologies exhibition, was held in Padua on 16th and 17th March 2006. The 16th concentrated on water monitoring, and Rita Lo Re from Thetis S.p.A.’s Environmental Studies and Analysis Division, in collaboration with ECOTOX S.r.L., illustrated the use of eco-toxicological tests within the environmental sphere.
