"Development of Organisational Behaviour" course for Thetis staff to be held in September

This course is the third important training session held for 15 internal staff made possible through funding provided by the Regional Offices of Veneto and the European Social Fund.
The European Social Fund, in fact, finances projects which promote the adaptation of teaching, training and employment policies and systems. Said projects include training courses as per Step 1 of the Operative Programme, and are directed at companies in order to promote a competent, qualified workforce, created by putting into effect corporate projects.
During the session of 10th December 2004, the Council Department for Training Policies of the Regional Offices of Veneto approved 5 training projects presented by Thetis within this sphere. The proposals were put forward by the Knowledge Management Office, which also inquired into the training needs of employees and made some useful suggestions to the teaching staff. This work was carried out in order to ensure the time spent in the classroom would satisfy specific demands.
The aim of the first two courses, held in May and June, was both to speed up and simplify documentary management processes carried out in Windows XP (003-INNOVATION IN THE COMPUTERISED MANAGEMENT OF OFFICE WORK Course), and supply efficient instruments for the organisational development of the managerial skills of employees directly involved in the production processes (001 PROJECT MANAGEMENT USING MICROSOFT PROJECT 2003 Course).
The aim of the course planned for September, which will deal with the DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOUR, is to provide efficient instruments for developing a range of skills such as interpersonal communications, problem-solving, and the ability to work and make decisions as a team, aspects which are increasingly more necessary for the success of a staff’s organisational experience. Fifteen, professionally different employees will take part in the course as these specialised skills characterise all professional profiles, independent of their specific technical sphere, and enable those involved to interpret their work in a more managerial manner.
