Thetis to attend Confindustria’s 7th Research and Innovation Conference “Italy in Europe 2020”
The European Commission document “Europe 2020” exhorts all EU countries to invest in the future and make changes that will foster "intelligent, sustainable and inclusive growth".
This strategy capitalizes on progress that has been made in recent years with respect to strengthening and expanding research and innovation, with a particular emphasis on practical applications. This approach also gives businesses a leading role, highlighting the importance of building strong partnerships that strengthen national and European clusters and supply chains, and thereby simplify innovative incentive mechanisms and facilitate their introduction. The role of European businesses in light of the new processes specified in “Europe 2020” will be discussed on 4-5 October 2010, in the “Auditorium della Tecnica” on Viale Umberto Topini 65 in Rome, during an important event organized by Confindustria entitled “Italy in Europe 2020”.
