In recent years, the increasing evidence of climate change, the continuous decline in the availability of natural resources and the simultaneous increase in the world population have impelled the international community to adopt stricter policies for limiting the impacts of human activities on the climate and on natural resources.
The public and private sectors have developed strategies for achieving the emissions reduction objectives and requirements stipulated in international and European regulations.
The Integrated Energy Services Division was created to offer services and consulting in the area of energy and climate sustainability.
The division’s main areas of activity are:

- Carbon footprint, water footprint, emission trading, CDM projects, energy efficiency
• Sustainable Buildings & Territory
- Sustainable building, environmentally sustainable renovation of historic buildings, regional environmental planning

- Services and engineering projects for climate change adaptation
• Sustainable Mobility
- Services and products for sustainable mobility
Thetis collaborates with highly respected international partners and consultants, utilizes GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools and produces models based on Decision Support Systems (DSS).
Thetis has been accredited as an Energy Service Company (ESCO) by the Authority for Electric Energy and Gas, enabling it to submit projects to obtain white certificates (Energy Efficiency Credits) on behalf of third parties.
Thetis is a member of Green Building Council Italia.
