Thetis, acting as the head of a temporary association with Steam srl and Tecnoconsult srl, is providing management consultancy and technical-administrative and procedural assistance services to Fondazione Giorgio Cini with respect to the improvement and extraordinary maintenance of real estate holdings on San Giorgio Maggiore Island in Venice. Beginning in 2007, Thetis also took control of construction supervision for a few of the building improvement projects, including such important works as the construction of a new library in Manica Lunga, a new exhibition room in the ex-boarding school of IPSIAM, and a new university campus. Thetis has significant experience in the technical, administrative and procedural aspects of overseeing these projects and realizing the improvement and restoration of buildings having considerable historical and architectural importance.
