Design and works Management of the practical recovery of the buildings for the integration of Thetis premises into the Historic Venice Arsenal.The operation involves four buildings built between the 16th and the 19th centuries with a volume of 30,000 cubic metres in an area of more than 12,000 square metres.
The operation involved:
- the secure recovery and restoration of the historic buildings;
- creation of the internal infrastructure for the offices and laboratories, with the building of facilities and organisations;
- the fitting out of offices and laboratories with equipment, fittings and furnishings;
- the careful recovery of the outside areas.
