Design and supply of the system, 3-year maintenance service; automated comparison of actual vs requested service and production of monthly reports on transport service performance.The system controls some 450 buses in Rome pertaining to different fleets.
The system is composed of:
- control room, including the system servers, 6 user's workstations, certification software server;
- GSM SMS and data communication system, upgraded to GPRS;
- intelligent on-board systems. Each on-board system includes: on-board computer, internal and external audio messages, passengers counters, stamping-machine interface and wireless LAN.
