Field measurements, involving intensive campaigns and automatic systems, to correlate the effect of wave motion generated by inland navigation with sediment transport and thus the evolution of lagoon morphology.The data acquired will be used to estimate the effect of shipping traffic on lagoon morphology by assimilating and integrating them in a traffic model.
