The president of the Supervisory Committee, provided for in Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June, 2001, is Pier Vettor Grimani. Giorgio Faravelli and Marco Lupatini are also committee members.
Application of the requirements referred to in Legislative Decree no. 231/2001
Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June, 2001, regulates the administrative responsibilities of corporations, companies and associations, including those that are not incorporated, in accordance with Art. II of Law no. 300 of 29 September, 2000, and represents an important “self-assumption of responsibility” that the legislature, based on European and International regulations, requires of corporations to deter the perpetration of illegal economic transactions by individuals and organizations.
Following the enactment of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, Thetis S.p.A implemented the principles of correct management and prevention established by these regulations, and formalized accession to the precepts imposed, elaborating its own model of organization, management and control that was adopted by the Board of Directors.
