The UNEP Mediterranean Action Plan (MAP) and the Priority Actions Programme – Regional Activity Centre (PAP/RAC) will hold a consultation workshop to discuss a regional framework document on Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) and Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP) for the Mediterranean Sea (Athens, 4-5 April 2017). Emiliano Ramieri from Thetis is part of the team of experts that is drafting the document.
During the workshop the team will meet representatives of various Mediterranean countries to discuss a common approach for the implementation of these integrated policies aiming to underpin the sustainable management and development of the coastal and marine space of the Mediterranean Sea.
