Thetis, in a joint venture with the Portuguese studio PROAP, drew up for the Metropolitan City of Cagliari the technical-economic feasibility project for the Sustainable Ring system action of the metropolitan strategic plan.
The activities included the involvement of Municipalities and stakeholders for participation and co-planning of the interventions as well as the production of materials useful for the activities connected to the communication and dissemination of the results.
The activity included::
- Development of the Operational Methodological Plan which identified the operations required for the realization of the Technical-Economic Pre-Feasibility Projects of the Action Sustainable Ring System, to be financed within the measures of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
- Development of a Masterplan of the interventions which has been translated into an Atlas of the projects which can be consulted on a map interactively.
- Development of five Technical-Economic Feasibility projects related to interventions included in the Action of the Sustainable Ring System.
- Draft of Guidelines for the elaboration of the technical-economic feasibility projects included in the Sustainable Ring project.
- A participatory phase characterized by a series of open seminars and online workshops that have launched a profitable integrated co-design process.
