The first passage of a vessel in the Malamocco navigation lock was successfully completed, also thanks to the collaboration of the Thetis Works Management technicians, after the restoration of the functionality of the gates which had been interrupted due to damage in 2015 due to strong meteorological events.
The passage has been a test before an upcoming activation of the lock in conditions of MOSE barriers raised which will allow the port of Venice to operate.
