IMPETUS project (Horizon 2020) was launched in October 2021 with a precise goal: to transform climate commitments into tangible and urgent actions to protect communities and the planet. This important European project involves 32 partners based in nine different European countries and is one of four EU-funded projects that are coordinating with each other on the complex issue of climate adaptation.
Today, we are nearly halfway through the development of this activity with Thetis as a valuable Italian partner. The company has a very transversal role in the project and collaborates on various IMPETUS activities by making use of the experience gained in recent years, relating to adaptation to climate change and collaboration with various online platforms. In this first phase, for example, Thetis actively contributed to writing a Report, recently released, which collects a flexible set of adaptation, vulnerability and resilience indicators.
