PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The data you provide through the completion of the membership application to Thetis S.p.a. or the form found in the ‘Contact’ and ‘Home’ sections of the website www.thetis.it, as well as the sharing, communication, and publication on the website, sent via email, or otherwise communicated or transmitted during the navigation of our website www.thetis.it, will be processed by Thetis, within the limits provided by law, in order to respond to information requests.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

The processing of your data will be carried out only with your express consent. The data you provide will also be processed where necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.

RECIPIENTS AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

PROVISION OF DATA

The provision for the purposes described in art. 3, is mandatory and any refusal by the User precludes the possibility of carrying out the requested service. Consent is optional for non-sensitive personal data relating to news and information, including of a promotional nature,concerning content (publications, meetings, events, etc.) attributable to subjects other than Thetis, in any case pertinent to the purposes of Thetis S.p.a. itself.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The determination of the retention period of your personal data responds to the principle of the necessity of treatment. Your personal data will therefore be kept for the entire period necessary to carry out the purposes indicated in point 3. Data relating to traffic (e.g. time and duration of the connection) are canceled or made anonymous when they are no longer necessary for the transmission of the communication unless otherwise provided by law (maximum 12 months)
