The workshop is organized by the “Thematic Steering Group 3 – Environmental Quality” of the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region EUSAIR within the “Mediterranean Coast and EU Macro-regional Strategies Week” and will be held on September 21st in Izola (Slovenia). The purpose of the workshop is to analyse the synergies between Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) and Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP) and develop proposals for new projects relevant for the Adriatic-Ionian Region.
Emiliano Ramieri from Thetis will contribute to the workshop bringing the experience of the EU MSP Platform, a service run since 2016 to support EU Member States in implementing MSP and share relevant knowledge and experiences.
