On June 8th, the World Oceans Day 2017, Thetis Spa (Venice, Italy – www.thetis.it) will help young students from Venetian primary schools discover the oceans. By exploring laboratories and through readings, games and creativity, kids will learn about how important the oceans are for human life and about the great challenge ofprotecting marine ecosystems.
At 6 PM, the prestigious photo exhibition “Our sea, our people” opens to the public. The exhibition is a collection of BW photos from 1950-1960 taken by the famous Venetian photographer Lorenzo Bullo (1939-2017). The photos represent beautiful images and memories of a people living between water, land and salt marshes. The exhibition will be open until June 23rd (MON-FRI, 9.00 AM – 5:00 PM).
